Guild Leader

The Guild Leader handles the guild overall, ensures that it continues to progress and meets the needs of its members. The Guild Leader is the person you should turn to if you have a question that no one else can answer or if you have a problem that can't be dealt with by any other Council Members. The Guild Leader is also the person you can blame if things go tits up.

Council Members

Council Members (officer) handle the overall running of the guild, they discuss long term ideas that affect the guild as a whole, resolve any issues that come up, try to spot problems before they happen. also they handle recruitment & plan & organise raids. They are the people you should turn to if you have a question or a problem.
